2021 Update on Arizona's Community-Right-to-Know Program
presented by Chris Nutter, Emergency Resource Coordinator, Arizona Dept. Of Environmental Quality (ADEQ)
During this webinar presentation we will review Arizona’s Tier II database, discuss how it is being handled by ADEQ and how it could affect you or your client's business. We will discuss the changes to the database for the 2020 reporting year and provide a live “How To”.
Chris Nutter is the Emergency Resource coordinator at ADEQ. Chris is a retired Chief Damage Controlman with the U.S. Coast Guard of 22 years where his duties included shipboard firefighting and damage control. He has been with ADEQ for four and a half years in the Emergency Response Unit. He is currently attending Columbia Southern University obtaining his B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health. He has been married to his wife Allison for 24 years with whom he has two children, Julie 17 and Joshua 14.
