Your EHS Program: Is it Your Best Friend or Worst Enemy?
|
An EHS program is just like any other business document, if correctly managed its supports and improves the business. If left alone and ignored, it can become a document that is used against the company both from a compliance and legal aspect. Learn about the top 10 reasons why EHS programs fail and the actions that can be taken that are both feasible and economically practical. We will also review the pros and cons of using paper vs. online systems.
Kent Francis has over 30 years of experience working both in the EHS sector as his company’s primary individual responsible for environmental compliance and risk management. He has personally written and managed EHS programs that include Federal (OSHA, EPA, DOT), State (ADEQ & ADOSH) and Local (811 & Dust Cards) requirements. He currently assists clients in various industries to help write and improve their EHS Programs.
