Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Tier II Reporting Overview

Overview of EPCRA, Tier II reporting applicability, new myDEQ updates and instructions for Tier II reporting for year 2024, how states and communities work with regulated facilities to use the Tier II information to improve chemical safety and protect the public and the environment.

 

Arcangel Barragan, is ADEQ's Emergency Response Unit Manager.  He has been with ADEQ since June of 2017. He has a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security, and has been a Hazardous Materials Specialist for over 13 years. Prior to ADEQ, he was in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician.

 

Eleni Kenrick, is a Compliance Coordinator with ADEQ. She joined ADEQ in March of 2024 and has a bachelor's degree in Conservation Biology and Ecology and is a certified technical writer.

Lunch Menu

Yucatan Bowls, includes choice of shredded chicken, citrus braised pork or roasted portabello mushrooms, cilantro lime rice, charro beans, romaine salad, avocado ranch dressing, guacamole, salsa and Dulce De Leche brownies.


Vegetarian or gluten-free meals are available upon request during meeting registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: A full refund will be given if registration is cancelled 48 hours prior to the start of the event; if within 48 hours, no refund will be given.
