PFAS Regulatory Update and Technological Advancements

Presented by Kirk Craig, Senior Principal, Geosyntec Consultants

Catch up on the historical, current and ever-changing state of federal PFAS regulations and learn about a number of cutting-edge and exciting new PFAS treatment, destruction and passive sampling technologies that are under development.

Kirk Craig has worked as an environmental engineer since 1996 and has co-instructed the Environmental Investigation and Remediation Design course at ASU for 4 years now. He’s overseen the assessment and remediation of well over a hundred sites throughout the United States, including significant experience delineating and treating PFAS, as well as various other recalcitrant and emerging contaminants. He has managed the design of multimillion dollar PFAS treatment systems for manufactures and drinking water providers, has been involved in PFAS investigations at 5 Air Force Bases, and serves as a PFAS remediation expert witness on a confidential large, high profile PFAS contamination case.
